How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is available. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to SUPPER.
Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the item being shipped and the countries of the sending and receiving parties. Payment for all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer or receiving party at the time of delivery.
Within 14 days of delivery, you can return a product for refund. These returns are at your own charge, the costs of re-shipping is free. The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging and condition. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, all tags included. (incomplete products, tags or labels damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted). No refund on sale items.
